Martin Crane

Martin Crane lives in a semi-detached house built in 1930. Martin added a loft conversion and refurbished his house, achieving a 66% carbon saving. Improvements include insulation to external walls and floors, new wooden framed double glazed windows and a new condensing boiler with weather compensating controls. Solar PV and solar water heating have been installed and rainwater is used to flush the loo!
